Downloads & Access
Once your payment is confirmed, you will immediately receive an email with a unique download link. You will also see a download button on the checkout confirmation page.
Please check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folder first, as automated emails can sometimes end up there. If you still can't find it after 15 minutes, please contact support with your order number.
Yes, for security reasons, download links typically expire after 3 attempts or 30 days (whichever comes first). We highly recommend saving the file to your computer or hard drive immediately after downloading.
Refunds & Policies
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for "change of mind" once the files have been delivered. Please review the product description carefully before purchasing.
If you encounter a technical error or the file is corrupt, please contact us immediately! We comply with the Fair Trading Act and will happily replace the file or provide a refund if the product is proven to be faulty.
Usage & Licensing
No. Your purchase grants you a single-user license. You are not permitted to resell, redistribute, or share the original files with others. If your team needs access, please purchase additional licenses.
It depends on the product. Most of our files are standard formats (PDF, ZIP, PNG). Any specific software requirements (e.g., Adobe Photoshop or Microsoft Excel) are clearly listed in the product description.
